Hardwired ring flood light not connecting

I bought a new ring floodlight that I installed over my garage door. The thing worked fine for over a week. It’s on a three way switch which also operates my porch light. I changed my porch light yesterday to an LED light. The porch light is working, but now the ring floodlight will not connect to the Internet, I’ve rebooted the camera, restarted the modem and no lick. The camera has power going to it but won’t connect. Any help will be appreciated

Hi @user54132. I would suggest performing a power cycle. This means shutting off power at your circuit breaker for 10 minutes. After that, power the circuit up and reboot the Floodlight by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then releasing. Let me know if this helps!
