I do not use the telephone so cannot contact support in regards to an item that should have been delivered but was not. Tried FaceBook messenger but they just say I need to call support. I can do that but will not hear them I explained but still they said call. Any advice???

If you’re located in the UK, make sure to adjust this time to your time zone. GMT is currently 7 hours ahead of MST, so the hours of operation for chat support would be from 12 PM - 4 AM GMT (UK).
