Hard of hearing and do not use the telephone No Support?

I do not use the telephone so cannot contact support in regards to an item that should have been delivered but was not. Tried FaceBook messenger but they just say I need to call support. I can do that but will not hear them I explained but still they said call. Any advice???

    Hi @Gazza9937. I'd recommend reaching out to our [chat support](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/213608406) for inquiries about your order. Our chat support hours are from 5AM - 9PM MST (US). If you're located in the UK, make sure to adjust this time to your time zone. GMT is currently 7 hours ahead of MST, so the hours of operation for chat support would be from 12 PM - 4 AM GMT (UK).
