Glass break sensor

It would be great to have an actual glass break sensor for the alarm system. It’s a real short coming of the ring alarm system that otherwise is a very good system. I do not wish to use an echo to listen for glass break sounds. A dedicated glass break sensor that is fine tuned to the sounds of breaking glass and can pick up the shock waves from glass breakage would be a much better solution

Like all the other posts, glass breaks sensors really need to be added to the system. Alexa does not work in Home mode and a burglar can easily break your window and enter without your contact sensors detecting it.

Is Ring going to release a glass break sensor? Yes, I know about Alexa. No, I don't want to use it. I know several have asked. Any update?

Just wondering if anyone knows if a Glass break sensor is in the works for RING? It seems that would be a next logical evolution. If not it would be short sighted decision not to incorporate such an sensor.

PLEASE add glass break sensors to your inventory Ring. We have been faithful customers for several years, but the lack of this feature is glaringly obvious. We have Alexa Guard setup, but it only works if we're away from the house. We would like glass break sensors to be active when we're sleeping at night with the alarm set to "Home" mode. With all the other companies offering glass break sensors, it seems like a no-brainer that Ring should make this option available as well.

I would definitely like to see this feature, or at least the ability to use Echo Guard when in Home Mode. Not sure why you wouldn't want to monitor for that when you are home or away.
