If you purchased your Ring Yard Sign or Solar Security Sign from Ring.com, please refer to our device theft policy [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003475783-What-to-Do-After-the-Theft-of-Your-Ring-Device). If you purchased your sign from Amazon.com, you'll need to get in touch with Amazon's support for assistance.
