Getting alerts for open sensors on Arming

Hi How do I get notified if one of my sensors is open when my Ring goes into armed mode as part of my daily schedule. It seems to be such an obvious feature for someone to know if a door or a window is open when they turn in for the night. I just don’t see a notification setting or a summary view around it. Thanks

Hi @user31374. There is no option to have a notification sent when a Contact Sensor has been left open. However, if you try to arm your system in Home or Away while a Contact Sensor is open, it will ask you to bypass the open sensor. Accepting the bypass will arm the rest of the system, excluding that open sensor. If you're asked to bypass a sensor, I'd suggest checking your Ring Alarm devices list in the Ring app to see which sensor is open.
