Hi, I hope someone can help. Geofence is set up correctly and all notification settings are correctly turned on but we are still not receiving any notification when leaving the house? This is on a Samsung phone & is only activated on the phone. Tried calling ring but they didn’t know. Any solutions please ?

Doesn’t work for me either, I get a notification to disarm on arrival but not notification to arm when I leave, ones is kinda pointless without the other 🤷🏼‍♂️ I’ve also tried all the fixes mentioned above and still nothing.

I'm having the same issue. I installed a cam at my work to keep people honest when i noticed things getting moved around. I thought the geofence was great because it would remind me to Arm the camera since i have the mode on Home when I'm at work, but if i leave for lunch, i want it to arm, but i forget. I set up the geofence, which was entirely too large of a circle, but named to position it to capture me leaving the building. I get the reminders to disarm the device when i pull into the geofence, but i don't get anything to arm it, which is THE MOST IMPORTANT!! Ive changed so many things and removed the geofence and put it back and still the same. This thread shows there is definitely an issue that needs to be addressed by Ring

Geofence has never correctly worked since our phones received the feature. We have new Samsung S21 + phones. Geofence will work fine for a week or so before it just stops for no reason. I had arm reminders set, and all cameras snoozed for 15 minutes upon returning home. I've tested this across both our phones and the end result is the same each time. The Android 'fix' is as follows: Disable Geofence in the Ring app. Close Ring and fully swipe out of memory so it's not running. Long-press the Ring shortcut to open the system settings and **clear the app cache**. *DON'T clear the app data* by mistake--that's almost the equivalent of reinstalling the app. Once you've cleared the app cache, open Ring and re-enable Geofence. After you've performed the above steps, Geofence will correctly work again for a week or so until the above needs repeated. Note, clearing your app cache will clear your thumbnail image for all cameras. Wired cams will immediately restore the thumbnail image to a current view. Battery cams should restore that image within 10 minutes or so.

I am having the same issue with receiving notifications for disarming, but not receiving any to arm it. I have disabled the disarm reminder to see if it would work for the arming feature, but no notifications at all. This is on the iPhone 12, so that is not an issue with Android phones only. Please fix it otherwise the Geofence feature is pointless.
