My gen2 chime has been perfect for about a year, but it went offline for some reason. My wifi is good, and I have tried to reconnect it multiple times using the app. I cannot log into my router as suggested, the ISP's here in Mexico don't seem to allow it. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

HI @scott3114. Is there a specific error message you're getting in the Ring app when you attempt to reconnect your Ring Chime to the wifi? You can try resetting it by holding down the reset button on the side for at least 15 seconds. After the reset is done, try taking the Chime through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device. Another troubleshooting tip for when the setup process isn't working is to try the setup on a different smartphone or tablet, if you have one available.
