Frustrating Customer Service

Hi, I purchased items on ring.com. But did not receive my whole order. After a month of waiting, 3 calls and hours on the phone I get an email that it is estimated my part might be shipped in one month. I was not informed this when ordering. I have got nothing but the run around. I am told sorry there is nothing they can do. To make it worst…I can order the part from Amazon and get it over night! Do not order from Ring.com order from Amazon instead.

Since you received what you were looking for from Amazon, what’s is your issue?
If it is an open order with Ring then check your Ring order history. It’ll have an approximate ship date. Be aware, with the global supply chain problems it’s only an estimate.
