Front and Garage Camera is storing motion videos except the Backyard Camera

There are 3 cameras in the property and we are still under Ring plan, 2 of them is working alright, we are getting recorded motion videos, except for 1.

It stopped storing or recording motion videos. The only way we can check the area for now is through live streaming. The said camera has been not recording or storing videos since 11/17 and it’s been 5 days now where it hasn’t recorded or stored any motion videos which is very unlikely. Can you help us with this please, ASAP??

Hi @KhristaConcepcion. Which Ring Protect plan are you subscribed to, the Basic or the Plus plan? The Basic plan only covers one device per plan, while the Plus plan covers all of the devices on one location. You’ll either need one Basic plan for each device you have, or one Plus plan to make sure all of the devices are covered and the videos are stored. You can read more about the plans in our Help Center Article here.

If you are on the Plus plan already, then you’ll want to make sure that the Camera is set to record motion in the Modes settings. The Modes settings allow you to control how each of your devices will behave based on which mode they’re in, so it’s possible it was toggled to not record motion. Should neither of these suggestions take care of this for you, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
