When I open the door and the system is in Away mode, it starts at countdown before the alarm goes off. I enter my code and then have to press Disarm before I have to again enter my code and press Armed & Home. Please allow us to simply enter our code and click Home & Armed so we don’t have to go through a two-step process to get to the appropriate mode. Thanks.
Hey neighbor! I wanted to reach out here and request if you could try to Arm your home, and then try to type in your code and go straight to Home and Armed by pressing your Home button on the keypad. I confirmed with my teams here, and you should be able to go straight from Armed and Away to Home and Armed. Let me know if you run into any issues!

Can you please explain what do you mean by “I wanted to reach out here and request if you could try to Arm your home, and then”? Is it like sequence Home+code+Home that you are asking us to try?
