Forced to reinstall app, doorbell and chime disappeared

Hi, I hope you can help. I’ve had a Ring doorbell (phase 1) and chime for four years.
Today, the app appeares to have forgotten they exist - they aren’t listed under “devices”. I’ve tried reinstalling them but the app says they’re registered to someone else and won’t help.
Is there a fix? Many thanks in advance.

Hi @markeddie. It appears you may have logged in with a different email than when you setup these devices. Try an alternate email or please follow up with our support team. You can also get in touch by sending a private message @Ring on Facebook or Twitter.
