Profiessional monitoring for the Smoke Listener should work like all the other Ring devices where 3 calls to my contacts are made before emergency services are dispatched
Currently when the smoke listener goes off, Ring only makes one phone call to my first contact before calling the fire dept. If I cannot reach the phone on that single call the fire dept gets sent. The smoke monitor should work like all the other Ring devices where 3 calls to my contacts are made before emergency services are dispatched.
If Ring can wait and make three contact calls before dispatching the police when an intruder kicks in my front door and triggers the entry alarm when I am home, Ring should make the same three contact calls when a smoke listener goes off.
