Floodlight won't connect to chime pro (set up screen keeps going back to scan)

I set up the doorbell to chime pro without problem. I installed floodlight and upon set up I scan the code, select bridge and and immediately the set up goes back to scan. I scan again and the set up tries to set up the bridge(chime pro( that is already set up. What am I missing?

Hi @vsp4069. If you are setting up a Smart Light Floodlight, then that will only connect to a Ring Bridge in order to control it with the Ring app. It will not connect to a Chime Pro. If it is a Floodlight Camera, then it would connect to a Chime Pro and not a Bridge. I hope this helps.
