Floodlight Wired with Previous Owner
Hi there, I recently purchased a home a few months back and there were multiple Ring products left behind. Initially, I attempted to set up the Ring bridge left behind and it was registered to someone else. I went through the process of having Ring send them an email to remove themselves but that didn't happen. Eventually, Ring was nice enough to send me a new hub that I was able to setup. Now, I am having the same issue with 4 separate Wired Floodlights (no cam). I attempted to set them up within the app and it said they had a previous owner. However, this time, it did not mention that RIng was going to send out an email and I had to wait 15 days like the Bridge. I spoke to customer service and they said that I have to hit the reset button on these lights but I don't see any buttons on these wired lights. Any idea as to what my other options may be? Thanks for your help in advance

In order to gain ownership of previously owned Ring devices, it is best to follow the [Change of Ownership process](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360038010351-I-Would-Like-to-Take-Over-Change-Ownership-of-Ring-Devices). As it sounds like you have completed most of the steps, it may take some time before the previous ownership is released. If you happen to be in contact with the previous owner, having them properly remove the Ring devices from their Ring app can help with this process. Otherwise, reaching out to our support team is the best next step. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406).
