Floodlight cam after resetup still offline

Hi all,

my floodlight cam went offline.

I have good wifi signal, Internett is still working well, as all my other Ring cams also works well.

I followed the steps provided in the help description.

Nevertheless, after successfully reinstalled the cam and a ppositiv message from the Ring app, the cam still shows offline. But, the device check allways show timestamps, which are not far from the actual time.

Does anyone had the same problerm in the past?

Hi @Friesenwilliwuff. I would first try to turn your Floodlight Cam off at the mains for 1 minute, then turn back on. This will cause your Floodlight Cam to reboot. After rebooting the router five times the cam came back online.

Very strange.

nevertheless, I works again now.
