Floodlight(battery) unable to connect to Ring Bridge
Hello Ring Community, I purchased the Ring Floodlight(battery) and also the Ring Bridge.Ring bridge setup was fine and shows up online on the app and has the blue light on.I tried to setup the Floodlight and connect to the Bridge. on going through the process it says Calibrating but later says "Floodlight battery is offline at date/time" and get the message "We can't seem to connect to your floodlight battery" . I moved the light closer to the bridge but unable to connect.Can anybody help?Thank YouKarthik
