My hard wired floodlight is off line. Worked for 24hrs now stopped. My other floodlight is working fine.
Hi @BillyV. Have you tried to set the Floodlight back up in the Ring App with the steps under Set Up a Device? If not, I’d suggest giving this a try. If that doesn’t do the trick, try power cycling the Floodlight by disconnecting it from power completely for 1 minute, and then reconnecting it to power. You’ll then want to follow the steps to set it up again. Let me know how that works for you!
