Fix the Ring Mobile app to properly use LTE/4G without the many reported issues

I changed mobile carriers, from a cheap 3g only carrier (Public Mobile), to a main-stream 4G/LTE plan (Bell). Immediately, the Ring Live View stopped working.

After checking here and the wider internet, there are numerous reports here, on Reddit, etc, of the Ring app NOT working correctly over 4G/LTE. Both iOS and Android. There are a variety of suggested workarounds, many involving removing IPv6 from APN settings. Many people cannot change their APN settings, and this is NOT a permanent workaround.

I have not found a Feature Request posted about this, so here it is. Without resorting to removing phone capabilities in APN settings, installing VPNs, etc, etc. please fix the Ring app. Thanks.
