First second of recordings black

In the last 6/7 weeks I’ve noticed the first second of each recording is black when I use the slider bar to review. This makes reviewing a little clunky. Never had this before. Checked signal and reinstalled app but no improvement. Is this likely to be something I’ve caused or a change to how the Ring Pro records?

Hi @Graham2020. I would also recommend rebooting your Doorbell using the Ring app to see if it helps. Also, reboot your router by unplugging it from power for a few seconds and then plugging it back in. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call to further investigate this with you.
