I have had a number of conversations with Ring support about sensors that have gone offline and come back online at different times with no intervention. They assisted me with positioning my range extenders at appropriate points to ensure my sensors have good signal. The support reps have been very knowledgable and helpful but obviouly have more information about the system installed than I as the user has. If would be nice to have the ring app and/or the web based interface to be able to view your zwave network in a similar way. The user would be able to tell what sensors have weak signal and make adjustments yourself w/o the need to speak with a representative. I’m sure some people would prefer to speak with someone, while others may want a more hands on approach. Having such a feture could cut down on support calls and allow users to do some DIY troubleshooting if they prefer.
