Faulty unitg
I purchased an indoor camera in February from Amazon and it has stopped working. The transformer is not working. My contract is with Amazon, not Ring but they insist I talk to you. I have spoken to your support people and they agree the transformer is not working but will not replace it. What am I to do?

But it does! I’m talking about the 5v plug in unit which goes into the wall. It’s stopped working how do I replace it? Why is it so difficult to deal with you people?

Hi @Inholms. The Ring Indoor Camera plugs into a standard power outlet, and it does not come with a transformer. If a transformer in your house is not working, you might want to consult a qualified electrician for assistance with troubleshooting it.
