failed to connect doorbell after years of no problem
I have a doorbell running for a very long time with no problems. Nothing changed at my home, suddenly I connection to my doorbell become very slowly while connecting to my camera in the backyard works well. So I reset the doorbell and installed also the app again. since then I cannot connect to the doorbell at all. I can see it in my app, etc. the doorbell is very close to my wifi and has excellent connectivity.

The previous advice asked "Does the Doorbell show as online or offline in the app? " How do I find this out? My particular challenge is that 1 of cameras lost its connection, but my other 2 are fine. I tried to connect , but had trouble. Evidently, it briefly connected, but now I can't get it. My internet is fine for my computer and 2 cameras.

CHey @csmith1776. You will see if the Doorbell is online or offline in the Device Health section of your Ring app. You will go into the main menu \> Devices \> Doorbell \> Device Health to check. Hey @kahane. Does the Doorbell show as online or offline in the app? What is the RSSI for the device? Is it recording any motion events, or allowing you to enable the Live View?
