Bought my first ring video doorbell today. Setup was fairly straightforward, and when I was done and had registered my device I was pleased to have received an email for a free faceplate. But I’m disappointed to see the Venetian bronze color isn’t an option. On my historical house the colorful options aren’t a good choice, and I don’t care for the default silver. Any chance if I hold onto my coupon the Venetian bronze will eventually become available??
Good question, @Jburck! I’ve double checked our promotion terms and conditions, and it looks like the Video Doorbell 4 free faceplate offer does not expire. Thus, you can certainly wait until a particular faceplate is stocked. Be sure to read the other terms and conditions to keep the offer eligible. I hope this helps!
