I have a weak connection between my hub and Ring Mailbox sensor . . . Does Ring make a range extender for this product?
Hi @pjschwartz. If your Mailbox Sensor has a poor signal, you can adjust the location of the device you are using to control it to be closer to the Sensor to see if that helps. Also, you want to verify that the antenna for the Sensor was placed on the outside of your mailbox. I hope this was helpful.
