Hello. My ex-boyfriend went into my house and stole my ring stickup cam. Will he be able to take it to his new house and create a new account and use it if its still under my account?
Hi @Soster. As long as you are the registered owner of the Device, meaning that it is setup under your email, no one else can setup the camera. In the event that someone does try to setup the camera, you will be sent an email notification. I suggest looking over our theft policy here. I hope this is helpful.
