I cannot view my Event History Timeline on either my iPhone. or my MacBook Pro. I am able to select a date from Event History but when I do I get a black screen with the statement “No Events Found” When I selected “All Available Dates” only the current, unerased dates appear.
Hi @hcain. In order to have the cloud storage for your videos, you have to be subscribed to the Ring Protect Plan. If you are subscribed, but are still unable to view your videos, please contact our support team. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
