Well, they closed the original topic so have to start another because it still is not fixed. Eight months…come on Ring. Again, not everyone has access to their phone during the day. It worked fine and then around end of March it stopped. Your “back end fix” did not take. This product is worthless for some if they cannot see on a desktop.
Event history STILL not loading videos on the website but working on my phone, tablet etc going on 8+ ms now
Hi @rubyinmd. You should be able to view your Event History on Ring.com if you’re using a supported web browser. You can view a list of supported web browsers here. Make sure your browser is updated, and ensure you don’t have a VPN enabled, or disable Ring.com traffic to prevent it from affecting the performance of the website.

Still not working. Calling does nothing. Like I said, it was working find until end of Mar 2023.
