I’m extremely desperate and disappointed at this stage by having made the choice as a company to buy any Ring products-services…
Can somebody help me to receive an obligatory by LAW correct VAT invoice?
After spending more than 2 hours on phone and chat with people that have no clue what they are talking about. Email address mentioned on Ring invoices don’t work.
I have two order for which I paid with my company credit card but impossible to get a correct invoice. I need at least my VAT number and company name mentioned on it. And normally the VAT should also be put at 0% for B2B.
Hoping to get this solved and otherwise hoping that Ring can at least refund for my purchases as they don’t allow me as a company to get the legally required documents.
Thanks for the reply, I order products and goods from all over the world all the time. And I never had to deal with this the way I have to with Ring.
Email addresses not working, chat support basically telling you have to call, phone support basically telling you that they can’t comply with European laws…
And the now the latest chat support kicking you out automatically if you ask for a refund…

I’m having the same problem as you. I tried customer support trought chat with no avail.
After 1h on the phone they undestood the problem, extended my trial and promised to look after this in the next days so they could comply with the European Laws (having their address, their VAT ID and my company VAT ID visible in the invoice) before I commit to a payment.
