I purchased Professional Mentoring, how do I setup an emergency contact?
Hi @Imnann. You can find steps on how to enable Professional Monitoring in our Help Center Article here. When setting up Professional Monitoring, it’ll have you add three emergency contacts with their name and phone number. You can change these at any time in the Ring App by going to Settings > Monitoring > Emergency Contacts. I hope this information helps!
