Hi @Calvin_Yeung. As mentioned above, our email and chat teams have been refocused. We do not have an email to give you. The only method of support we have during COVID-19, is phone support. Once you’ve been directed to the team that can assist you, they will more than likely send you an email, which you’ll be able to use as a line of communication. But, you have to call our support first, as there is no direct email support at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
