Email change

I no longer have access to my old email address and would like to make my new email the primary one.

How would I do that?

Hi @Itzmejack. Since you no longer have access to your old email, you’ll have to contact our support team to get this switched. Be sure to have your old email address, new email address and the MAC ID off of one of your devices for verification purposes. This can be found on the back of your device, or in the Device Health section of the Ring app.
