Email account changed to existing account


I have changed my email address of myRing account (I was the Admin of the camera’s with protect plus plan) to my wife’s existing Ring account email address. We tried to log out and log in, hoping that she will gain acces to the camera’s, however it seems that my wife is not becoming the Admin over the camera’s and the protect plus plan.

What should we do now as we are paying the subscription.

Hi @Junyongtang. If the Ring devices and the Ring Protect plan were set up under your Ring account, your will need to log into that Ring account to access device and plan settings. This means you need to log in with the email address associated with the account as well as the original password. If you’re not able to get logged into the correct account, please reach out to our support team for further assistance.
