Elvox 940 Audio Issue

Hello there,

I bought the Ring Intercom because I checked the wrong model when buying. I didn’t realize it and during the installation after setting the device I found out I have the same problem reported here: Elvox 940A Audio Issue.
Everything works fine except the whistle that doesn’t allow to answer the bell. Is there any update on it or should I just send the product back?
