I purchased the Ring / Echo Show 5 bundle from Amazon for Christmas. Because of the way the siding on our house is configured, we had to install our Ring doorbell sideways but now I am unable to see it on the Echo Show in the proper rotation. I cannot find a feature to rotate it. I guess if there is no option to do this, we’ll have to figure out something else with the installation.
If your doorbell is on a side wall where the door is on the left or right of the doorbell, you can add a larger angle mount. The standard is 15 degrees, but they can go up to 40 degrees. You can find them on Amazon. I installed one for mine as I have the same issue.
