Hello. I have an Echo Show 5. I have my Ring and Show (Amazon) accounts linked together with the same email address. In the “smart device” section of the alexa app, it’s set up to allow notifications. In the ring app, the Amazon is linked as well. However, I still can’t get notifications on my Show. Please help. They used to work a long time ago but not now.
Hi @Sugarskull723. If your Ring and Alexa features worked before but are suddenly not working, you can find some troubleshooting steps in our Help Center Article here. I’d recommend following those steps to get the notifications working properly again. If that doesn’t do the trick, you can reach out to either our support team or even Alexa’s support team as well to narrow down what may be causing the notifications to not come through.
