I’m at my wits end here.
Trying to get this new ring light online and when I get to the step to connect the ring floodlight to the echo show 10 I am using as a bridge, I get “hmmmm sorry something went wrong, please try again”
Even though, during this process the Alexa app on my phone sees the new light.
Tried calling customer service, got disconnected after verifying my account.
Live chat was no help either.
Has anyone else had this issue?
Hi @Fig_Hooton. This Help Center article here has information on using your Amazon Echo Show 10 as a Ring Bridge. Ensure that both your Ring app and Alexa app are up to date as well as your Echo device. You may need to disable then re-enable the Ring app as a troubleshooting step.
