My video intercom worked perfectly with my echo dot, from a few weeks ago they don’t work anymore, only with the screen ones, does anyone know how to solve this?
Hi @be3cca0bf96424274d90b606d0acd0. Which Ring Doorbell do you have? You can find the name of your Doorbell on the original packaging, on the back of the Doorbell, or on the Device Health page. Also, which Alexa device do you have? I’m happy to dig up some basic troubleshooting that may help once I have a bit more information.
