Downloaded video quality

Hi I recently had a garden visitor in the early hours of the morning helping himself to things in the garden and contents of my van we believe it to be someone who lives a few houses away . The video footage isn't the best quality . But when I download it it gets even worse . Does anyone know if ring would be able to send a better copy for the police . The downloaded version is so pixelated thanks
