Double billing each year!
I've just discovered, that Ring took each year two payments for my Basic plan (see attached screenshot from my bank account). Can someone explain to me for what are these two payments each year are? :confused: EDIT: These double payments goes back to 2017 - so RING billed me each year twice??? According the amount of money it looks like RING charged me each year for both plans :( This is a crazy!

So, I've just talked with a RING support and it really was an error and I was billed each year for both plans – anyway it should be solved now.
