My gen 2 doorbell just won’t charge. I’ve plugged it in and the round light is lit however after leaving it on charge for over 24hrs it still says the battery is 2%
Hi @user74579. Try using another charging cable and charging block to see if it makes a difference. Factory reset your Doorbell as well, and then reconnect it to your wifi. To factory reset it, press and hold the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds. If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call for further assistance.
