Hi,I’ve got a Doorbell Pro that has worked ok since installed. About 6 months ago it went offline and wouldn’t come back. I tried all the resets and it didn’t work. I removed it from my account the reinstalled and it worked fine……. Until now. It we t offline a couple of weeks ago and comes back on when I repeat the above but it lasts a couple of days and then drops off again. I’ve repeated the above process 3 times in the last 10 days. Suspected WiFi interference but have changed channels. Any advice?

Hi @user68116. Insufficient power could cause this issue, especially since it has happened each time after the troubleshooting steps you've performed. Try reviewing our Hardwiring Checklist [here](https://community.ring.com/t/hardwiring-checklist-video-doorbell-pro/37520) to make sure your Doorbell Pro is wired up correctly. Once you've verified that the wiring is done properly, and there is sufficient power going to the Doorbell, check that the [RSSI](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/217271526-Checking-Your-Ring-Device-s-Wifi-Signal-Strength) indicates a strong and stable wifi signal. If this issue persists after reviewing the information above, I'd recommend getting in touch with our support team to troubleshoot further. You can reach out to our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036196372-Contact-Us#callus).
