My doorbell Pro stopped getting WiFi a day after I updated the Ring app. Did all the checks with Ring tech, he said the doorbell is defective and I’m out of warranty. He said I would need to buy another one. They sent me a 35% off coupon, which is worthless because Costco is still cheaper. I just don’t want to shell out another $200 for something that is built to last just two years. I’ve read other posts about the same issue with the doorbell Pro and Ring isn’t doing anything about it. Has anybody else experienced this with the doorbell Pro?
