Doorbell Pro 2 is neither ringing on Chime 2nd Gen, nor receiving notification

As mentioned above Doorbell Pro 2 is neither ringing on Chime 2nd Gen, nor receiving notification about somebody pressed button sometimes, but sometimes it works. I changed wifi connection to see whether it is about wifi or not. Same problem continued. What happens is; when somebody clicks the button, light around button becomes blinking blue. Could you help me to fix issue? I am really disappointed with my product :frowning:

Hi @nihad. Iā€™m happy to help with general troubleshooting tips and tricks once I have a bit more information. What is the RSSI listed as on the Device Health page in the Ring app? When you ring the Doorbell, do you see an event populate in the Event History from this? Feel free to share any screenshots or pictures that help demonstrate what you see on your end.
