My doorbell is giving me motion activation notification on the hour every hour since the last 3 hours, is my product faulty? There is nothing on camera when I check. Doorbell delivered 20th January so outwith 30 day return policy.
Hi, that does sound odd. You don’t say what model doorbell you have? Just confirming you have an active Protect plan and you are not Seeing any motion events and videos in your history?
You could try a quick a reconnect by pressing the button on the cam for a second. This should force a reconnect and may solve the issue. Alternatively a full reset may be needed. This will force any outstanding firmware updates to be applied if applicable.
