Could not connect with wifi.
Hi @Jae12572855. If your Doorbell is not connecting to your wifi, try the following steps:

Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.

Verify your wifi password is correct.

If possible, bring your Doorbell to the same room as the router for setup.

Reboot your router by unplugging it for few seconds and plugging it back in.
