Doorbell is not connecting to wifi

Could not connect with wifi.

Hi @Jae12572855. If your Doorbell is not connecting to your wifi, try the following steps:

  • Factory reset your Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button on it for 20–25 seconds.

  • Verify your wifi password is correct.

  • If possible, bring your Doorbell to the same room as the router for setup.

  • Reboot your router by unplugging it for few seconds and plugging it back in.
