Mine disconnect’s when I’m at home. The hub is a meter away from the camera, literally on the other side of the wall.
I have other cameras which are at the rear of the property and no issues.
Ring don’t do anything, they try and make out it’s he customers fault.
If it’s in warranty, give them a call and speak to a manager. If it’s not they don’t want to know. No cool off period, no customer loyalty, nothing.
Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing, 1.3 starts on Trust Pilot, loads of similar disconnect issues
