Hi @user68194. Ring Doorbells require an internet connection in order to activate the Live View. Without an internet connection, you cannot receive notifications or use the Live View on your Doorbell. Once you have your wifi access restored, you can [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi) your Doorbell to your wifi network to regain access to these features.
