Doorbell 3 won't ring when pressed

Recently stooped ringing, blue light keeps spinning. Have reset to factory settings and reconnected to WiFI a few times. Works fine for a few days then happens again. App and video work fine and health of the doorbell says it fine?? Any suggestions???
