Doorbell 3 plus battery status not updating?

I have a Battery Doorbell 3 Plus, the battery status is not updating.It is currently stuck on 8% which is stopping me from accessing Live View.I have tried 3 different fully charged batterys.Ive tried resetting the Wi-fiIve tried connecting to ChimeIve tried rebooting the deviceIve tried factory reset on the deviceIve unistalled/reloaded the appIve tried leaving the battery out for 24 hoursNone of the above have worked.I have 3 stick up cameras that are all operating correctly.What else can i try? Or is the device completely knackered?
