Doorbell 3 plus battery status not updating?

I have a Battery Doorbell 3 Plus, the battery status is not updating.
It is currently stuck on 8% which is stopping me from accessing Live View.
I have tried 3 different fully charged batterys.
Ive tried resetting the Wi-fi
Ive tried connecting to Chime
Ive tried rebooting the device
Ive tried factory reset on the device
Ive unistalled/reloaded the app
Ive tried leaving the battery out for 24 hours
None of the above have worked.
I have 3 stick up cameras that are all operating correctly.
What else can i try? Or is the device completely knackered?
