Doorbell 2 won’t live view
Anyone else’s ring 2 doorbell not working, health says it’s at 34% yet it’s been charging all day and it won’t pick up any notifications nor live view. Been like it since midnight last night ??♀️

Hi neighbours. There are a few things that you can try. First, try rebooting your internet router. This will help clear up any congestion in your internet. Next, you can reset your Doorbell and reconnect it to your wifi. You can reset the Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. After about 1 minute, you can [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) the Doorbell to your wifi. This should work!

My one is the same, WiFi working fine and I had the same issue a couple of days ago so have put a WiFi booster right behind my front door, and doorbell is 100% charge as I fully charged it the other evening when I was having the same issues! so what can I do to resolve it?
